An LHDN e-Invoice is a digital receipt provided by Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDN). It contains the supplier’s and buyer’s details, item description, quantity, price excluding tax, tax, and total amount, which records transaction data for daily business operations.
Starting from 1st January 2025, if you require an LHDN e-Invoice for Yebengshoes purchases, just follow the steps below.
Steps to obtain LHDN E-Invoice:

Starting from 1st January 2025, LHDN e-Invoice request will be available for your Yebengshoes purchases made in store and online via yebeng.my.
For Yebengshoes purchases via marketplace partners (Shopee, Tiktokshop, Lazada), the availability of e-Invoice is subject to the respective platforms.
2. How long do I have to request an e-Invoice after making a purchase?
You must request the e-Invoice within 30 days from the date of purchase. Kindly refer to the date on the receipt.
3. How soon can I request an e-Invoice after my purchase?
You may request the e-Invoice starting at 10.00 AM the next day after your purchase.
For example, you purchased a pair of safety shoes at 12.00 PM on a Thursday noon (2nd January 2025), you would be able to access the Yebengshoes Invoice Hub at 10.00 AM onwards the next morning on Tuesday (3rd January 2025) to submit your e-Invoice request.

7. After clicking 'Submit Now' on Yebengshoes Invoice Hub, I realized I have submitted the wrong information or would like to cancel this request. What do I do next?
When you click 'Submit Now', your request will be processed. Please wait to receive your validated e-Invoice; you can reject the e-Invoice within 72 hours if necessary.
8. After clicking 'Submit Now' on Yebengshoes Invoice Hub, what will happen next?
You will receive the e-Invoice in PDF document via email within 24 hours after validation by LHDN, which contains an embedded QR code that can be used to verify the authenticity of the e-Invoice.
9. After receiving the e-Invoice, I realize that there has been an error and would like to make a change. How can I do so?
If there is an error in the validated e-Invoice you have received, the e-Invoice can be rejected. Please reject within 72 hours of receiving the validated e-Invoice to put in your correct details.
